Duke Hassid Ricol (2977 – 30??) also known as The Red Duke or by the alias Ruby. Hassid is a prominent member of the Kokuryu-kai ("Black Dragon Society").

Alshain Military District

In 3071, Ricol undercode name of Ruby meets with Councel of Gems. They discuss the problems of the Clan Nova Cats dis-obeying the Combine's current government and civil disobendience of Azami people. Ricol suggests to have their agents to influencing crew of the WarShip, Siriwan to attack one of the worlds of the Azami.[1]
By Late 3072, Sons of the Dragon & a DEST team manages to capture two of the Black Dragon's ruling members on Luthiern. Code named Pearl & Diamond of the Councel of Gems, they revealed names of their leading member after interrogative. It was revealed that late Duke Ricol was member of the Kokuryu-kai.[2]
