Thackery commanded a mercenary company that specialized in locating and tracking elusive targets, so they prefer light ’Mechs with active probes. They gained some notoriety in the Nova Cat Rebellion for their ability to run rogue Clan Nova Cat forces to ground. More recently they were used to identify resistance units in the Dragon's Tongue. Their BattleMechs have been upgraded recently from older battered designs to new state-of-the-art machines.[1]
