The Leoben Provisional Militia was assigned to defend Leoben[1]

History
The militia unit formed by many veterans from the Ronin Wars used guerrilla tactics to take advantage of Leoben's extensive network of rivers and harass the Clan warriors to which the Clan's were not used to. Though Leoben has officially surrendered, the guerrilla actions made by unit survivors still occur sporadically into 3052.[1]
