Loucynda Byrd is one of the vice-chairman of the Solaris Civic Council. She is the council troubleshooter, keeping a look for any irregularities in the duels and taking action when necessary to end them. If she feels that anything can upset the balance of power on the Solaris Arenas, she has made her business (using her community assets) to make whatever is needed to maintain the status quo on the Game World. She is well-known as one of the few active individuals on the Solaris Council, enjoying a very public role. She has connections in every sector and every business on the planet. She has connections with the Yakuza and other criminal organizations on planet. She is a dangerous woman whom people should not cross. She is called The Iron Glue because she's what is holding the planet together.
