Mara Selencia is a person with huge influence in the Draconis Combine's O5P. She was born in 3035. [1]

Biography
She was presented as a gift to the order and since her youth developed an way to rise in the Order through service to the Combine. By 3067, she lead the martial arm of the Pillars. Less brutal but equal successful like their DEST counter-part, the two organizations often worked together for the greater good of the Combine. Mara tried to smooth the cooperation but "accidents" occur sometimes.[1]
