History
In 2764 the Texas-class Star League Defense Force battleship SLS Moscow was the flagship of Admiral Thomas Belleau, the commanding officer of the Nineteenth Fleet.[1] In recognition of the senior status of Vice Admiral Cha Su Pai of the 193rd Line Squadron, Admiral Belleau commonly deployed the Moscow alongside the 193rd.[2]
