Planetary Information

Planetary Description

Standard Terran Style world, the world is noted for its Islam religion.

The planetary capital is Al-Ilb, which is carved on the side of a kilometer cliff above a forest. The city devoted to the arts, museums, concert halls, major university and largest mosque rim ward of Terra. The city lack and lacks a good infrastructure for traffic for a commercial center.

Al-Hassam - Is commercial hub of the Mosiro, the city design was modeled after Terra's north Africa & southern Spain regions. With city's piazza (City Center) most of its modern infrastructure out of sight, vehicle traffic is put underground tunnels. Piazza being home of vast walk ways, trees, easy access to the mosque, museums, and the planetary capital building. The modern building are kept away from the piazza.

Ministry of Information is known to house most extensive libraries of physical books in the Free Worlds League. Also the building acts as the planetary headquarters for SAFE.

Planetary History

The world settled by Capellan Confederation, was target of many raids by the Free Worlds League. Notable it was briefly seized by Peter Marik in 2401 during the early stages of the Age of War.

The world was briefly capital world its own realm, Mosiro Archipelago in 31st century as minior province after seceded from Duchy of Andurien. By the 32nd Century, it had once again been was part of the Duchy. It had become a regional commerical trade post for the Duchy.

The world was taken from Andurien during the conflict between them and Oriente Protectorate in July of 3137. The defending 2nd Andurien Guard and planet's own Mosiro Planetary Militia fought in the commerial part of the city of Al-Hassam and were destroyed by Oriente allied forces.
