History
The Otsu was a Fortress-class DropShip attached to Epsilon Regiment of Wolf's Dragoons since before 3030[1] and through 3055.[2]
It was lost with all personnel, including the secondary troops supporting two companies from Charlie Battalion of the regiment who were embarked aboard at the time, during a JumpShip accident in late 3064. The Invader-class JumpShip transporting the Otsu along with the Union-class DropShips Hebrides and Sunniva disappeared during the journey from Epsilon's recent posting on Kesai IV to Outreach; subsequent investigations revealed that the JumpShip had exploded when it jumped.[3]
