As of 3064, Richard McGivers was an Adept in the Com Guards. Commander of a Level II of Kanga Hovertanks in the 244th Division, McGivers was a member of the division when it declared for Victor Steiner-Davion during the FedCom Civil War. McGivers died in combat against pro–Katherine Steiner-Davion militia forces on Halfway in 3064.[1]
