Galaxy Commander Tamara Faulk was the commander of Lambda Galaxy, and Bloodnamed warrior of the Faulk Bloodhouse, from at least 3145 to 3151.[1][2]

Faulk led Lambda Galaxy from the Bone-Norman based Twenty-second Provisional Garrison Cluster as of 3145.[1]
Faulk remained in command of this Galaxy during the Battle of Terra in 3151, leading the assault on the Republic of the Sphere's Redoubt Amarillo, in central North America. Landing on day T+45 of the invasion, Faulk considered her assignment by Khan Malvina Hazen against the heavily fortified RAF facility to be a suicide mission for her second-line Galaxy, regardless of what tactics she might adopt. Proceeding regardless in the hopes of contributing even in death to the honor of becoming ilClan, Faulk's fears were largely realized, with most of her units devastated by minefields, artillery, battle armor and jump infantry.
Finally breaking through two layers of the fortress' defenses with heavy losses, including at the cost of most of her aerospace fighter support, Faulk was forced to request promised reinforcements from Khan Hazen to breach the final line of defense. Considering the delays to be due to Faulk's incompetence, Hazen failed to respond direct, instead tasking the WarShip Turkina's Pride to provide an orbital bombardment on T+49. Despite losing several Stars to friendly fire during this bombardment, this allowed Faulk to finally take the Redoubt, though most of the surviving defenders from the Eighty-Second Republic Division managed to escape either using their DropShips or via secret egress tunnels beneath the Redoubt.[2]
