Overview[edit]

The Federated-Barrett M345B3 "Thunderstroke II" Gauss Rifle is a development of the original Thunderstroke Gauss Rifle by Federated-Barrett, itself a spin-off of the original Federated Arms. With the Magshot Gauss Rifle project wrapping up by 3060, a group of engineers was free to revisit the Thunderstroke and apply recent advances to the design. While outwardly similar, the Thunderstroke II features more powerful electromagnets, a larger ammunition capacity and smaller size.[1]
