History
Formation
The V Triarii Protectors (also known as the Fifth Triarii), are the garrison unit for Prefecture V. Currently the Fifth isn't on its garrison world, but is instead taking part in a six month training exercise.[1]
In 3085 the V Triarii is stationed on Epsilon Eridani in Prefecture X of the Republic of the Sphere.[2]
Blackout
After the blackout of 3132 the Fifth were stationed on Liao in order to try and prevent a rebellion from the pro-Capellan elements of the populace.
Early February 3135 forces from McCarron's Armored Cavalry raided New Aragon. They fought and were expelled back by the Fifth Triarii Protectors but not prior to reducing to dust the industrial sector of Jahrman, the second-largest city in Tandoh province.[3]
