Allan Nacine was an officer in the Armed Forces of the Federated Commonwealth and was the commanding officer of the Seventeenth Arcturan Guards as of 3050.[1]

Hauptmann-General Nacine, serving with the Seventeenth Arcturan Guards, was stationed on Wyatt in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Nacine continued to command the Seventeenth Arcturan on Wyatt by 3054.[2]
