Alvar Adams was the aide to the commanding officer of the Terra Firma Operations Area's Liao Command as of 3050.[1]

Hauptmann-General Adams, serving under Marshal Esau Esom, was executive officer of the Sarna March's Liao Command in 3050.[1] Following the Clan Invasion, Adams continued to serve as Esom's aide and held that post by 3054.[2]
