Celestial Truth was a pro-Capellan Confederation pamphlet which circulated in the early 3080s.[1]
Overview[edit]
The pamphlet included Capellan nationalist propaganda aimed at Capellan populations on worlds which were intended to be incorporated into the Republic of the Sphere. The pamphlet encouraged Capellans to hold true to the principles of Sun-Tzu Liao's Xin Sheng and support their planets remaining within the Capellan Confederation.[1]
