Sao-shao Charles Rodgers was the commander of Roger's Ravagers Company, Charlie Battalion of the 2nd McCarron's Armored Cavalry as of 3069.[1]

In October 3069 during Operation THUNDERSTRIKE, Rogers and his company raided Jefferson University on New Syrtis, in an attempt to kidnap Federated Suns physicist Doctor Lei Iverson.
The attempt was however foiled by forces from the New Syrtis Capellan March Militia, who held off the Capellans, until Dr. Iverson was able to escape via underground tunnels which formed part of Jefferson University's particle accelerator facility.[1]
