Major Cnut Bernadotte was the commanding officer of the Flying Drakøns during Operation REVIVAL.[1]

Operation REVIVAL[edit]
Major Cnut Bernadotte was in command of the Flying Drakøns when the JumpShip Norseman, carrying the Elected Prince of the Free Rasalhague Republic Haakon Magnusson jumped into the Radstadt system in October 3050. The Elected Prince had been fleeing the Battle of Rasalhague to safety, but the convoy had been delayed due to breakdowns. Expecting to find Radstadt in friendly hands, the commander was surprised to find Clan Wolf forces already in control of the planet.[1]
Cnut would order his pilots to attack the Dire Wolf in an effort to buy time for the Elected Prince to escape. He knew this was a one way trip for him and his pilots as they would not be able to return to the ships before they left the system, but they were successful. The Elected Prince was able to escape in his JumpShip. Cnut and his fellow pilots, including one Tyra Miraborg, gave their lives so that their leader would live to fight another day.[1]
