The title of Grand Duke (or Duchess) of Arc-Royal is granted to the noble ruler of the world Arc-Royal. Prior to the Clan Invasion, Arc-Royal was ruled by a baron, but the legendary exploits of Morgan Kell elevated the title to the highest ranks of Lyran nobility.[1]
