The uninhabited system of 'LM-52 9366' is located in the Draconian Drift of the Inner Sphere's near Periphery.[1]
System History[edit]
The system was the site of a space battle between an unnamed Clan and the Draconis Combine in May 3056. A Clan Broadsword DropShip happened across a new Rose class dropship, which was specifically designed to mimic that of a cargo Mule vessel, as they were transporting a company of BattleMechs. The JumpShip transporting the Rose was unable to jump for another six hours when the Clan ship issued a batchall and intended to board the Combine "merchant" vessel for an inspection. At 500 meters, the Rose fired upon the Broadsword, rupturing a 'Mech bay door and causing it to spin out of control. The Rose's aerospace compliment then quickly finished off the stricken vessel.[1]
