Mary Rothe was the commanding officer of the Second Ceti Hussars' AeroSpace Brigade as of 3062.[2]

Kommandant Rothe, serving with the Second Ceti Hussars, was stationed on Frazer in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Rothe was promoted to colonel and relocated to the Pleiades Cluster by 3067.[1]
