Clementine Fenlon would serve as the commanding officer of The Scourge under the assumed name of Meghann Tenclay.[1]

Early life[edit]
Clementine Fenlon was heir to the Duchy of Chesterton in the Federated Suns. It was believed that she fled her pampered upbringing to the streets and finally to the most brutal organization she could find.
Meghann Tenclay[edit]
It is said she simply walked up to Jacob Bannson himself and demanded to be made his personal guard. Her bravado apparently intrigued him enough to give her a chance, and he threw her to the wolves of his Scourge. Her combat skills and ruthlessness cemented their loyalty to her. She became the commander of The Scourge and the right hand of Jacob Bannson under the name Meghann Tenclay.
She had kept her origins a secret as Bannson's feelings toward the nobility were well-known, and OP5 thought that she would do whatever she must to protect her identity and that could be leveraged to their advantage.[1]

Meghann Tenclay piloted a CPLT-C2 Catapult upgraded from an original CPLT-C1 assembled in 2571 that she named Slammer.[1]
