Melvyn Lacey was the commanding officer of the Seventh Legionnaires Armor of the Seventh Free Worlds Legionnaires as of 3059.[1]

Force Commander Lacey, serving with the Seventh Free Worlds Legionnaires, was stationed on Irian in 3059.[1] When the armor battalion was analyzed in 3067, Lacey remained in command.[2]
