Mustafa Khemar Rhasori was a Muslim fanatic who assassinated Oleg Tikonov on 14 January 2011 at 11:53 p.m. local time, mere hours after he signed of the Tikonov Accords. Posing as a militiaman, Rhasori suicide-bombed the Premier's limousine, killing not only Tikonov but also his wife Nadja and their children Pyotr and Nicholas.[1]
