Nobel DeLaurel was a Galaxy Commander of Clan Hell's Horses Alpha Galaxy in the lead-up to REVIVAL, until at least 3059. Cold and calculating, he was a leading Crusader, and hand-picked for the position by Khan Malavai Fletcher.[1]

The Galaxy Commander personally nominated Star Colonel James Cobb of the 11th Mechanized Cavalry to represent the Hell's Horses in the Placement Trials of Operation REVIVAL. This was despite the well known Warden leanings of the Cluster clashing with that of the Galaxy Commander.[2]
He was a winner of the Mark of the Horse and when bidding, whenever possible, included his Alpha Galaxy Command Binary in battle with Alpha Galaxy.[1]
