Paulo Velisarios was the commanding officer of the Twenty-second Skye Air Wing of the Twenty-second Skye Rangers as of 3062.[1]

Kaptain Velisarios, serving with the Twenty-second Skye Rangers, was stationed on Engadine in 3062. When Colonel Francisco de Argall began zealously rebuilding the Twenty-second Skye's BattleMech forces, Velisarios conflicted with him numerous times over the neglect of the unit's aerospace assets.[1] Following the Free Skye Revolt, Velisarios remained with the Twenty-second Skye and was stationed on Skye by 3067.[2]
