Philip Lovett was the commanding officer of the Fifth Legionnaires Armor of the Fifth Free Worlds Legionnaires as of 3059.[1]

Force Commander Lovett, serving with the Fifth Free Worlds Legionnaires' armor regiment, was stationed on Lopez in 3059.[1] When the unit was analyzed in 3067, it was still on-planet with Lovett commanding.[2]
