Quentin Rathcaven was the aide to the commanding officer of the Broken Wheel Combat Region as of 3067.[1]

Leftenant General Rathcaven, commanding the Anjin Muerto Crucis March Militia's Armor Brigade, was stationed on Anjin Muerto in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Rathcaven was promoted to major general and served under Marshal Carrie Zetso in the Broken Wheel Combat Region by 3067.[1]
