Rain Wadi was the commanding officer of the Second Chasseurs Air Wing of the Second New Ivaarsen Chasseurs as of 3067.[1]

Captain Wadi, serving as the aide to Second Chasseurs Air Wing commander Light Commodore Anya Velacek, was stationed on New Ivaarsen in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, now-Leftenant Colonel Wadi took command of the Second Air Wing on Dobson by 3067.[1]
