Ramesh Chandra was the commanding officer of the Eighth Donegal Guards Infantry Brigade as of 3067.[1]

Kommandant Chandra, serving with the Eighth Donegal Guards as the aide to Leftenant General Charles Gruber, was stationed on Monhegan in 3062.[2] Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, now-Leutnant-General Chandra was given command of the entire Eighth Donegal Infantry Brigade and was stationed on Kathil by 3067.[1]
