Royal Buchanan was the aide to the commanding officer of the Fusiliers of Oriente as of 3050.[1]

Colonel Buchanan, serving under General Marissa Morgan, was executive officer of the Fusiliers of Oriente from 3050 to 3059.[1][2] By 3067, Buchanan was still the executive officer of the Fusiliers and was serving under General Fannie Halas.[3]
