Ruth Codrai was the commanding officer of the Twenty-seventh Arcturan Air Wing of the Nineteenth Arcturan Guards as of 3062.[1]

Kommandant Codrai, serving with the Nineteenth Arcturan Guards, was stationed on Salem in 3062.[1] Following the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Codrai commanded the renamed Nineteen Arcturan Aerospace Wing on Lyons by 3067.[2]
