History & Description[edit]
The Ryde Operations Area was a regional command of the Armed Forces of the Federated Commonwealth composed of the former Ryde Theater of the Lyran Commonwealth. One of the subdivisions of the Skye March, as an Operations Area the Ryde OA had command authority over a numer of smaller Commands, also known as PDZs or Combat Regions in the Federated Suns half of the AFFC.[1]
