Sam Collin was the commanding officer of the Kilbourne Academy Training Battalion as of 3062.[1]

Kommandant Collin, serving with the Kilbourne Academy Training Battalion, was stationed on Kilbourne in 3062. During his years under Lyran command, Collin was known for being a notorious critic of the Armed Forces of the Federated Commonwealth, which resulted in him being promoted as far away from his home world of Tamar as possible. Exiled to Kilbourne, Collin gleefully transferred his disdain to his cadets who, in turn, reviled him for his contempt and mimicked his dislike of the AFFC.[1]
