Terrence Liao was the Chancellor who established closer ties with the Terran Hegemony.
History[edit]
Terrence Liao was the illegitimate son of Kalvin Liao. After his aunt and cousin left the Chancellorship, he ascended to the Celestial Throne.[3] Terrence married Lady Victoria Matthews, a noblewoman from Terra. Terrence was also responsible for the Capellan Confederation's involvement in the Third Andurien War.[4] In 2556, Terrence signed the Star League Accords and the Confederation joined the Star League.[5]
