Vandy Jobliss was the aide to the commanding officer of the Oriente Hussars as of 3059.[2]

Colonel Jobliss, commanding the Third Oriente Hussars, was stationed on Ipswich in 3050.[1] By 3054, Jobliss was serving under General Bruce Gierke as executive officer of the entire Oriente Hussars brigade and continued to hold that post by 3067.[2][3][4]

- Vandy's surname is spelled as Jolibois in Field Manual: Free Worlds League, 20 Year Update, and Objective Raids but as Jobliss in Field Manual: Updates. The latter source takes precedent due to recency.
