Sho-sho Kuhlmeier, serving with the Second An Ting Legion, was stationed on New Caledonia in 3025.[1]
Ronin War[edit]
When the Ronin War broke out following the founding of the Free Rasalhague Republic in March 3034, Sho-sho Kuhlmeier and the Second Legion were unprepared for the betrayal of the Twenty-fifth Rasalhague Regulars on Trondheim. The ensuing stalemate was broken in mid-May, when the Dragon's Breath mercenary command arrived and destroyed a significant detachment of arrogant Regulars. Although Kuhlmeier ordered the mercenaries to stand down, the Dragon's Breath charged into the Regulars' remaining defenses and were quickly mauled due to their unfamiliarity with urban combat. The Twenty-fifth Regulars, pursuing the retreating mercenaries, were themselves unprepared when the Second Legion ambushed them and surrendered once Kuhlmeier personally slew their commanding officer in combat.[2]
