Ross Hibler was the commanding officer of the Alliance Borderers as of 3085.[2]

History[edit]

Chairman Hibler, commanding the Alliance Borderers' Second Battalion, was stationed on Coraines in 3050.[1] By 3064, Hibler continued to command the Second Battalion on Ramora and remained stationed there as of 3067.[3][4] Following the Jihad and the formation of the Raven Alliance, Hibler was given command of the entire Alliance Borderers regiment and was stationed on Brasha in 3085.[2]
