The WarShips of Clan Blood Spirit were designated at one unit, the Blood Galaxy. Agreements with Clan Snow Raven around 2980 saw WarShips uneeded to protect the limited holdings of the Blood Spirits traded for large numbers of surplus second-line ‘Mechs, to the benefit of both Clans, and continued until 3010.[1]
The small number of vessels was sufficient for the Khans as the Clan remained insular, but losses while avenging the dishonor of being denied the Absorption of Clan Burrock further forced the Blood Spirits into a defensive posture. When used offensively, the Blood Spirits often lost vessels, culminating in only three surviving to the “Absorption” of the Blood Spirits, in reality, their Annihilation in 3084.[2][3]
The WarShips were generally assigned as single escorts to ground Galaxies when needed. This meant the vessels were often forced into hide-and-seek tactics rather than stand-up fights.[4]

- Rocinante (Black Lion-class battlecruiser) – flagship, lost above Arcadia attempting to prevent the Clan Ghost Bear evacuation in 3072[5]

- Blood Fury (Lola III-class destroyer) – lost in suicidal hyperspace jump defending York against Clan Star Adder taskforce, 3063 [6]

- Karianna Schmitt (Carrack-class transport) – former CSV Pride of New Kent - annihilated 3084, Haven/Colleen system
