Olivar Grange was born in the Outback and joined the Crescent Hawks in the 3030s under Jason Youngblood[1], and rose to command of the Pursuit Lance as of 3052. He spoke with a heavy "Outback drawel".[2] Grange was a member of the Hawks when they disbanded and joined the Kell Hounds, where he helped keep Crescent Hawks traditions alive.[3]
