Biography
Julius Rostinberger was a Demi-Precentor within ComStar who raised to command the 82nd Division between 3055 and 3061.[1]
He was unwilling to serve under new Precentor Martial Victor Steiner-Davion, so he resigned his commission and formed his own mercenary unit, The Shield.[2]
