As of 3061 the Commanding Officer was Star Colonel Karol Breen.

Tactics

The Galaxy commader has give the order to the Star Colonel of the Cluster to use all opportunities to secure victory. This includes also urban warfare, traps and other 'dirty IS tactics'.
