The 189th BattleMech Division was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.

History

In 2764, the unit was assigned, as a part of the LV Corps, Fifth Army, to the Capellan Confederation Military Region and transferred to District 3 of the Capellan Confederation Military Region by 2765.[2] The 189th survived the Periphery Uprising and the Hegemony Campaign, and followed General Aleksandr Kerensky on the Exodus in 2784.[2]
