History
The 3rd Victoria Rangers was created sometime before Operation GREAT FLOOD as one of the Hidden Lion regiments formed by Chancellor Daoshen Liao using stockpiled equipment.[1] This new Rangers unit uses the Augmented Regiment formations commonly found in the CCAF by 3145.[2] They are a second-line regiment of the Victoria Commonality.[3]

The commanding officer as of 3145 was Sang-shao Klement Yan.[4]
