History
Formation
The newly formed Seventh Legion of Vega and as of 3085 is stationed on Aix-la-Chapelle to secure the Diplan 'Mechyards factories. The unit's members are bitter at the thought that the output of the Diplan factories is immediately sent off world rather than being used to equip their unit. The unit often spends more time in underground cities than it does on the training fields, so it has a low experience level.[1]
As of 3145 however, the Seventh were assigned to the Rasalhague Dominion border to prevent any aggression during the invasion of the Federated Suns. Recent raids by the 343rd Battle Cluster and the Third Vega Regulars have inflicted costly casualties to the Battlemech forces of the Seventh.[2]

In 3085 the commanding officer is Tai-sa Sa'adat Abbaticchio.[3]
As of 3145 the commanding officer was Tai-sa Millard Greer.[4]
