History
Alan Coles was the commander of the 210th Combine Punishment Battalion in 3065.
He was a sadist that enjoyed inflicting pain on the prisoners under his command. The Chu-is that led the companies were also skilled guards and rarely turned their backs on their charges lest they be killed. These officers were often guilty of crimes themselves.[1]
