Summary
Wolf's Dragoons gather IS forces against the Clans, while the Clans elect a new ilKhan (Ulric Kerensky of Clan Wolf, a warden). Upon election, Khan of Clan Wolf falls to Netasha Kerensky. She has to have a trial because she is so old. Phelan Kell becomes a full warrior of Clan Wolf. ComStar learns that the Clans want Earth at the end. Romano Liao kills Kai's parents.
