Caroline Seng was an officer with the Capellan Confederation Armed Forces and later St. Ives Military Command.
History
In 3025 Seng was serving as the Commanding Officer of the Second Battalion of First St. Ives Lancers.[1]
After the formation of the St. Ives Compact Caroline would be promoted to military advisor to Prime Minister Candace Liao.[2]
