History
Cochraine's Greencoats were a mercenary unit in the employ of House Davion in 2792. In that year, they clashed with the Capellan Confederation-employed Marion's Highlanders regiment on Lee. The Greencoats' Marauders delivered what was described as a "slap in the face" to the Highlanders, brutalizing their Locusts so badly that Marion's Highlanders would subsequently avoid light BattleMechs altogether.[1]
