Overview[edit]
The dao is a rapier of Chinese descent, finely crafted and honed to a razor's edge. A single-edged, slightly curved design ending in a small rounded hand guard, the dao is an excellent weapon, though expensive and hard to come by. Neglected for centuries, their popularity within the Capellan Confederation grew dramatically following Chancellor Sun-Tzu Liao's Xin Sheng movement.[1]
