General

The training battalion offers the opportunity to enter the AFFC for citizens how has not the finaces/social background of an entrance at at primary academy. The unit has special agreements with private run training facilities. Instructors select potential candidats after observation and after passing a series of test the applicant will be accept. Each cadet has a senior cadet and a command staff member as advisor. The best cadets graduates after 24 month other need 60 months. The real world environment is the best learning fo the newbies. After they successfully ended their learning tour, they are good mechwarrior and technican also. Most primary academies has it own training cadres. The size depends on the financial support from the each parent command. Their are 4 local training battalion with no connection to the major acadmies.
